Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00 on orders under $70 and free on orders of $70 or more. The final cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Items from our US warehouse arrive about 3-7 business days after dispatch; items from our international warehouse about 5-11 business days after dispatch. Each product page shows where the item ships from. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Items from different warehouses may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, and change the shipping address, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped yet.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Email soporte@cayena.org with your order number for instructions. See our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email soporte@cayena.org with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
My tracking has not updated. What now?
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or shows delivered but you did not receive it, email soporte@cayena.org with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
