30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

Email soporte@cayena.org with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without receiving instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at soporte@cayena.org.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Cayena will review your claim and arrange an appropriate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, returning the damaged item will not be necessary.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, or your claim has been approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Your payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

After that period, our standard return policy applies.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
