Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Cayena ships to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8.00 on orders under $70, and free on orders of $70 or more. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Our products ship from partner warehouses; each product page shows where the item ships from.
- From our United States warehouse: about 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- From our international warehouse: about 5–11 business days after dispatch.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak holiday weeks, weather or carrier issues can add time.
Holiday orders
To receive your order by December 24, 2026, we recommend ordering by December 3 for items from our international warehouse and by December 9 for items from our US warehouse. We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Multiple packages
Items from different warehouses may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.
Delays
If we can't ship within the processing time above, we'll email you a new estimated date, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Lost packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or shows delivered but you didn't receive it, email soporte@cayena.org with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, once the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
Address changes
We can change the shipping address until your order is processed.
