Terms of Service

1. Who we are. This website is operated by Cayena. You can reach us at soporte@cayena.org.

2. Agreement. By visiting our store or buying from us you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with a parent's or guardian's permission.

4. Our platform. Our store runs on Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

5. Products. We describe products and show photos as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly on different screens. Sizes and quantities are stated on each product page.

6. Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

7. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example a pricing error or a product that is no longer available — and we'll refund any payment in full.

8. Payment. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

9. Shipping. Shipping and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations. Covered by our Refund Policy (30-day returns; cancellations within 12 hours if the order hasn't been processed or shipped).

11. Suppliers. Our products are fulfilled by partner suppliers and warehouses. Cayena remains your point of contact for every order.

12. Accuracy of information. If we find an error in a description, price or availability, we may correct it and update or cancel affected orders.

13. Your account and content. Keep your login details safe. Any review or message you send us must be lawful and must not infringe anyone's rights.

14. Prohibited uses. You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its security, or to collect other users' data.

15. Intellectual property. Our site content, logo and texts belong to Cayena or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

16. Third-party links. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

17. Disclaimer. The store is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.

18. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

19. Indemnity. You agree to cover losses caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the store.

20. Privacy. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes. We may update these Terms; changes don't affect orders already placed.
